Chase credit card transactions not downloading. Balance not updating.

I have deactivated and reactivated the Chase card accounts apparently successfully (no errors) but the one step update and individual account updates do not update the accounts in Quicken. I see several transactions on the Chase website that have not come down to Quicken. Just got back from a trip and need to update my expenses. All other banks working fine.
