What feature level of Quicken are you subscribed to on the new computer? Starter Edition, Deluxe, etc.? US or Canadian version?
When looking at Help / About Quicken, what feature level does Quicken think you're actually subscribed to?
If there's a difference, try this:
• Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
• Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using the Quicken ID of your paid subscription.

Quicken Deluxe 2013 from US. No subscription or ID needed.
It has worked successfully for the 9 years I have had it, but when I just purchased a new Desktop PC, the "Transfer Money Within Quicken" function disappeared (standard example attached).

Thanks for responding.
When you reinstalled Quicken on the new PC, what installation program did you use? The same original 2013 installation CD as before? Did you install all the software patches (bug fixes) for 2013 that were released? On both PCs, please do a Help / About Quicken and compare the release information. Does it show "2013 Release R12" in both computers?
If the release version is different on the new computer, please download and install the Release R12 Mondo file from https://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quicken-2013-patches.html0 -
