Did transaction update via Direct Connect from Quicken today.

Instead of ReinLg these are being classified as ReinDiv. Same applies with ReinSh. Example:

Those transactions are coded by the FI. Unfortunately, many do not get coded correctly.

Quicken has no way to fix that since they are coded wrong.

Vanguard mutual fund only accounts used to code them correctly. I suspect you are now in their brokerage and I have noticed they no longer code the long term or short term cap gains correctly.

You need to manually edit by putting the amounts in the long term boxes.

Thanks for the response. You are correct about the brokerage aspect. Given the size of Vanguard and probable high impact to Quicken users, shouldn't Quicken log an issue with Vanguard?

I told Vanguard several times. I don't think they were too interested.
