Chase online balance is wrong.

I have one Chase account that the online balance in Quicken is old, actually as of December 15, 2023. All my other accounts are fine but this one. And I can't reconcile the account because of the bad balance in Quicken.

How do I fix this one account?

Never mind, I figured it out. I went to Account List for the account and selected Reset Account. Online balance is back in line.

My system updated to R54.16 27,1.54.16 for WINDOWS

Immediately after download, I noticed that the real On-Line Balance does not equal the actual on-line balance

But if you look at the last transaction, The balance in the account Journal DOES in fact match the Real On-Line Balance

This is not just one account but over a dozen accounts, and not just one back but multiple banks.

So the quick account on-line balance is fiction and does not represent

Totally unable to reconcile my accounts.

Did you try doing what @Greg Semple did? Look at the post just prior to yours.
