1. How do I get the bank balance on the left of my screen to show the current balance as it is with my online bank account. I have 2 accounts that are not showing the current balances. Also one account I transfer money from into my main bank account and it isn't listing the transfers.

2. I previously was using Quicken 2010 personal and Business. I liked the way the bills came on the screen in a stacked format so I could alter them if need be or enter the transaction. I don't like the "list" of bills all at once. Is there any way to change it to do what I am wanting?

• The balances shown in Quicken are often not the same as what you see when you go to the online account. This is because the accounts data in Quicken is a snapshot in time.

• For instance, some DC connected accounts will download the online balance as of the date and time of the download, but if you try to compare that to the online balance at the bank later in the day the two might not be in agreement because time has passed.

• Also, most of the EWC and EWC+ accounts will show data from the end of the prior business day but when you look at your online count it will show current data, not the balance from the night before.

• So, there will always be some disconnect between what is shown online and what is shown in Quicken but it typically will be no more than 1 business day difference.

• Now if your accounts in the Account Bar on the left side of the screen is not matching what is showing for online balance in account registers, it might be because an Accounts Bar setting. On the right above the Account Bar you should see a Gear icon. At the bottom of that Gear menu are 2 options. Select the one you want (I selected #1 because if most closely approximates what the online account balance is).:

• 1. Show Current Balance in Account Bar

• 2. Show Ending Balance in Account Bar
