Problem opening security detail view from Account Overview

I was having a problem with One Step Update and had to re-initialize my brokerage accounts yesterday.

After initializing may account again I was able to run One Step Update.

However, when I attempted to open security detail view for certain securities in account overview it appears that it is trying to open a webpage and I get a message saying: Navigation to the webpage was canceled .

If I try an open security detail view from the Security List under TOOLS, I don't appear to have a problem.

Did I set something incorrectly when re-initialized my accounts.

The only recent change in my version of Quicken is installing the latest update, R53.32, over this past weekend.

What do you mean by "re-initialize"? Did you delete the account and start over … or what?

First off, have been able to access the security detail report. I appears to have been an issue with clearing the cache.

As far as re-initializing brokerage accounts, even though my accounts have been setup on Quicken for over 10 years I had to log on to my brokerage account and setup the link with Quicken.

I also have to do the same for my online bank.

Close Quicken, remove the “Cache” folder from “C:\ProgramData\Quicken”, then reopen Quicken.
