CC 502 Errors On Marcus Saving and CD Accounts 'One Step Updates' starting on 1/2/24
Began getting the dreaded CC-502 error for my Marcus Savings and CD account’s when using One Step Update on the early morning of Jan 2, 2024. I have Quicken Premier Ver R53.32, Build 27.153.32. I did the acc't ‘reset’ thing and it failed. I ‘removed’ the savings account entirely from the one step update (and subsequently, a separate CD acc’t today) and attempted to “add a new acc’t’ process and that failed too. Anyone else having this issue with Marcus (aka Goldman Sacks) ? Oh yes, ALL my other banking and investment acc'ts One Step Update work fine and yea, I can log in via a browser.
