fidelity rewards credit card update fails

for the past week, the update shows no errors, but it in fact is not updating any transactions newer than 12/28/2023. I've tried the usual fixes - reset, delete/reactivate, etc. is anyone else having similar issues? classic on windows, fully updated.

The Fidelity Rewards Visa Credit Card financial institution in Quicken has been removed and is no longer usable. This was part of the Fidelity effort to migrate from EWC connections to a new EWC+ connection last month. You should have received an email about it in early/mid-Dec and Quicken should have prompted you last month to update your connection. There is a good option to get set up so transactions can be downloaded, again. You can read about that in the thread at the following link.
