Transaction won't update

Hi. I have a credit card transaction. It won't update to show I paid. It shows transfer from my checking account but does not show payment in credit card account. I tried signing out and signing back in, but problem persists. Please help

    In the checking account, does the transaction clearly show Category = [name of credit card account] in square brackets?

    We just changed years from '23 to '24. What's the date of the transaction? Correct year?

    In the credit card account, is there a Date Filter in effect, e.g., Filter to show only dates for this year, not last year. Or some other kind of filter?

  • Hi. Thanks for responding. My bank website confirms that payment was made on December 27, 2023 by transfer from checking to credit card.

    1. The Quicken transaction "transfer to CC X####" in checking with Category [TD Business Convenience Plus XX ####] when the credit card payment transaction was made on 12/27/2023. 2. In the credit card account, there is no filter in effect.

    The other thing to note is that a credit card transaction from 12/19 cleared at the bank but has not cleared on quicken. I manually entered it when I made the charge.

    With previous payments/transfers, the category was [CREDITCARD XX####]. Should I simply manually enter and see what happens next time? Any other suggestions?
