Empty "Add Account" Box

Using Classic Deluxe, trying to add Ally.com or Barclays.com bank/savings accounts. It let's me select either financial institution, but then I get this empty box without the ability to add the accounts.

Go to Help > About Quicken. What version does it say you are running? Does it show your subscription is current?
Have you tried closing and reopening Quicken?
You could try uninstalling Quicken and then reinstalling it. If you go this route, I suggest you download a fresh copy of the installation file from https://www.quicken.com/activate.
