Why is a transfer to another account (ESPP) included in the "Net Salary" actual amount in my budget

I set up my budget to track Net Salary (Take Home Pay) only in my budget. In each paycheck, I transfer an amount to my ESPP account. When I look at the "Actual" in the Annual View, it includes the amount marked in the paycheck as Net Salary and the ESPP Transfer. Why does it include the transfer amount and is there any way to block it from showing in actual?
