I went to add a couple of new accounts this morning and was greeted with this never seen before popup after selecting a financial institution. What's this all about? Share with who and what does "You're in control" mean?

THX for the reply. When I saw the popup I did not click Continue not knowing what this was about and what happens if I click Continue so I backed out.
So clicking Continue takes me to the screen you posted to review.
This screen that they put in is just for information purposes. When you click Continue it will take you through the normal Add Account process.
Actually, it isn't really for information purposes, it is for protecting their butts. You are consenting to do what you were already doing, but now they have made it more visible so less chance of being sued.
YES I clicked Continue and no second popup so by clicking continue you accept. Funny my second computer did not give popup at all. It was just like always…..
