Unable to create an offline broker account

I go to Accounts; click on add account; login to Quicken; identify offline account (not mutual fund); click next taking me to the mutual fund screen; lower right corner are two options BACK or NEXT; click NEXT and a small square pop-up partially appears, not fully visible seemly unable to complete opening. At this point unable to proceed.

Anyone have a work-a-round or fix.

    Where are you starting with this?

    In the current QWin desktop software, I go to Tools > Add Account and click on the Offline Account tab at the bottom. This leads to the Add offline account window.

    I pick Brokerage and then Complete and Next.

    This leads to Account name and so on.

    Do you see something different?
