ATT will not add as online biller under bills and income tab
When I try to add ATT as on line biller it asks for user and password then goes to authenicate but never adds it. Gives message saying wait for next bill to download but it never does. Deleted it as biller and tried again and get same result. Same result with American Express. After I tried 10 times to add it AE finally was added. Same with Entergy. After 10 tries to add it it finally put it in list of online billers.

I went ahead and checked the internal status of this Online Biller and unfortunately, it shows a degraded status which is why it will fail to connect and give an error at this time. We do not have an ETA on when this degraded status will be resolved.
