My Quicken Mac file is importing an old outdated ticker symbol : “ITE” and name: “SPDR Bloomberg Barclays Intermediate Ter . . ." as the security symbol has changed. The correct symbol is: SPTI. The currently correct name is: “SPDR® Portfolio Intermediate Term Treasury ETF”. See attached screenshots.
The initial error was imbedded in the file several years ago.
Can this be corrected in the Mac version? I have sent feedback to Quicken from my file, but as stated won't receive a response from that process.

Hi, mwolfe011:
You should be able to merge the two different tickers so they download as SPTI. Here is the basic overview:
- Choose File:Save a Backup (as a safeguard)
- Choose Window:Securities and pull up the Securities list. Click on the + sign at lower left, and setup SPTI as a new security.
- While still in the Securities window, select ITE from the list, and hold down the Command key while also clicking SPTI. You should now have both these securities selected.
- Click on "Merge Securities" at the bottom of the window. Follow prompts, and use SPTI going forward.
This should merge the old and new. Future downloads should use the new ticker.
