Writing check memorized addresses don't show up

I feel like I'm missing something very simple, but I can't figure it out. I'm want to write a check. The person is not in my memorized payee list, but they are in my memorized address list. I'm not really sure of the difference. I'd like to have the address populate from the memorized addresses I have saved, but I can't see how to do that. I can only enter it manually in the check writing window.

I can't figure it out, either. For me, sometimes the address populates automatically and sometimes it doesn't.
But I find that clicking the Address… button and then OK will populate the address when it doesn't do it automatically.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro.
