This is new this week. I have disconnected and reconnected twice with Direct connect and Quicken connect. Looking for advice please.
Are you having problems getting the connection set up, or is it just not downloading transactions? My Citi downloads appear to be working fine but I have not changed my Direct Connect setup in a long time.
All is well now. Suddenly the connection worked and transactions were update after 3 days of inability to connect. Not sure what happened but it is OK now.
