Fed and State Tax Entries - Quicken Asks Which Year Multiple Times

Anyone else notice that when you make a registry entry for paying taxes that Quicken will ask you if it is for the prior year, you'll specify which, and then when that transaction clears and you're reviewing downloaded transactions Quicken will ask the exact same question again? Will also do it a third time when you Reconcile the transaction.

Why isn't Quicken storing this information the first time? It's just annoying to have to answer multiple times.
