How do I move my Quicken file?

I've been using Quicken for about 5 years. When I first installed it, I put the file into my Documents folder, like many apps will put their data files. It has worked fine, for years, until recently when some upgrade, either to Quicken Classic for Windows or Microsoft OneDrive, caused me to no longer be able to open and use Quicken for weeks. That was a tough time which gave me a lot of heartburn.

Someone said that the cause was an update to Quicken Classic for Windows or OneDrive, and the fact that the data file is in a folder backed up by OneDrive. I don't understand why Quicken Classic for Windows should have problems with OneDrive, when all other apps I use have no problem whatsoever, but apparently it does. Intuit has fixed it. However, I'm concerned that whatever programming pattern they follow, may result in another incident like this in the future. I know that Microsoft OneDrive backs up folders like the Documents folder, by default. For me and my process, that's exactly what I want. I have no intention of not backing up my Documents folder.

So, if Quicken Classic for Windows may in the future have problems working with the data file(s) being in a folder backed up by OneDrive, then I'd like to create a new folder and move the Quicken Classic for Windows data file(s) to it. When Quicken Classic for Windows periodically backs up its data file(s), I can have it back those files up into a folder I have in OneDrive. That way Quicken Classic for Windows can work without whatever interference it gets involved in with cloud storage and I can back up the data into the cloud. That should work fine.

But I don't know how to move where Quicken Classic for Windows looks to find the data file(s). How do I do that?
