New Category > Subcategory> lookup box - Make Lookup easier

I have many categories and when looking up the subcategory on drop down box, they are not in alpha order (which I would like) and it only allow one type char to start search.

Besides sorting by alpha, I want to search as I type. So if I type "A" is pulls us starting "A" categories and if I put "AB" starts to search for "AB" category (like we do to search for a payee)
