Moderator: This is not good practice. You want this discussion / complaint to be addressed here and not on public social media where you truly have no visibility or ability to respond effectively and the reputational cost is a lot higher

If this gets deleted without an explanation I will escalate to management. Please note we are posting here because we care about the software and are pushing for improvements
