Cancel and refund now

I should not have to call you to cancel and refund.
Now I am calling and it says wait time is 34 minutes. This is not a best practice for consumer protection.

I agree that you should be able to handle cancellations by going to your account page at Quicken.
Unfortunately that is not how Quicken, Inc. works.
Quicken user since 1995.
Current Quicken for Windows subscription user. I usually upgrade to the latest version about 1 week after full release.0 -
@joanrig I am in complete agreement but this seems to be the common route in 2024, make cancelling as difficult and as time consuming as possible. Not that it helps but I had to wait almost two hours to cancel service with my local telco yet I can sign up and buy whatever services I want from them online in seconds.
This is perfect example of technology not being properly implemented.
