a few weeks ago my lifetime planner stopped syncing up with my investments. What can i do to fix this?

When you say stop syncing, does that mean that changes in your investment portfolio balance (due to normal market activity) do not result in any change in your plan balances? Or, that you are missing your investment account in the Investments window in LTP?

What was happening when you noticed this issue around the first of the year? Any illustrations or more indepth description would be helpful.

For the second issue: Have a look at Planning>Lifetime Planner>Change Assumptions>Investments window to make sure all the investment accounts in that window are what you expect to be included in LTP. If they are missing, click edit and ensure "show excluded accounts" is checked, then highlight and check or uncheck those accounts you wish to exclude or include in your plan.

I dont recall seeing this issue previously. If you've sure you have all the investment accounts you want included in LTP, perhaps you can try to do a File>Validate and Repair file. Don't forget to backup your data file first.
