Unable to sign in to Chase

All of a sudden a Chase credit card account was not signed into Chase. When trying to sign-in, I got the sign-in screen but will not connect. When I try to sign-in, the screen returns to the sign-in screen.

    If you click the Sign In button from the above window, does that open your web browser and continue with the authorization process? It should, unless your Internet Options settings on your computer are set too high to allow the requests to proceed.

    This is happening with me as well. The sign-in button simply does not work. My default browser is FireFox 121.0.1 (64-bit) and it is not launched.

    Just updated Firefox to 122.0 and it is still happening that the browser is not launched.

    I'm having the exact same issue. I see other comments about this where the comment was just closed with no answer. Does anyone know what the solve is? I cleared my cache. I am using Google Chrome.
