New to Quicken - Amex issue - argh

So happy to see Tangerine works well as it's my main bank. Distressed that Amex isn't so great. Managed to download the Quicken file for my Amex card a week ago and today the only option is Excel or PDF. Please advise!

    It's still there for me. From the Amex home page, click on the Statements & Activity tab, then click on the Download link in the Recent Transactions panel & Quicken is one of the options:

    Do Canadian Amex customers use a different web site than US?
