Is anyone else NOT getting errors when Quicken connects to American Express but fails to download transactions?

Today I noticed an autopay transaction from AmEx posted that I was not expecting. When I checked the account, I reset the connection, and then a bunch of transactions downloaded from the last 30 days that never synced and I never got an error message (I download and sync all banks daily).

This has happened to me several times and I called Quicken support and they were not able to fix this issue. I just want to know when it's not downloading. This has only been an issue with the newer connection that banks are using with Quicken. Any ideas would be helpful on how to fix!
