Opened Quicken for first time in months, and there is no data

I use quicken a few times a year to record transaction and analyze spending. I have been using it for probably 10 years. I just opened my quicken for the first time in a while and there are none of my past transactions in quicken. There are no bank accounts set up. Its almost if this is a brand new file. I tried opening a back up file and there is nothing in the back up files as well. Help?!?
