Two significant issues (Citibank, Marcus at Goldman Sachs)

Unfortunately, I have two significant issues that are unresolved even after getting email support to the effect of disconnecting from the cloud by signing off for over one hour and then resigning in, they are:
- Marcus at Goldman Sachs refuses to accept my sign-in credentials even though they are the same used and accepted on the Marcus website directly. I went so far as to copy the credentials from a text program and paste them into Quicken on the chance I was mistyping. Marcus is unavailable now for over 7 days and
- CitiBank has some new sign-on procedures which does not accept the one-time access code they message to me. Citibank has been unavailable for over two days.
