Auto match did not work and Manual match arbitrarily filters entries

Just downloaded latest patch for Windows, R54.9 build 27.1.54.9. Blurb says it is supposed to categorize better. ok…

I downloaded transactions from my bank, most matched automatically but three did not. Register shows them so i rt-click, Manual Match Transaction, look at the list. The list has been filtered. Most transactions do not appear and the one i need does not appear. This is new behavior.

Note that the ones i need have already been marked 'cleared' from an older download. Remove the clear flag, enter to save, 'Accept cleared transactions into register' blinks so maybe it will now match automatically? Nope, and still cannot manually match.

Lets try closing and reopening Quicken. Matched transactions now gone, previously unmatched transactions still here, still cannot manually match. There is no rhyme nor reason to the ones that do appear in the list. Includes a new one that hasn't cleared and several old ones that have been reconciled. Please fix.
