Getting error on opening Quicken related to msi.dll file

Hello, I've been getting this error message when opening Quicken on my computer. I am not 100% sure it is due to Quicken as I have another program that has something similar going on but wondering if I should try to reinstall Quicken to see if it fixes the issue? Actually, I just tried opening it and the error did not occur so I guess it happened when updating Quicken not when opening. Please let me know what I should do or if I should just try reinstalling Quicken to see if that works. It is a suggestion given elsewhere to reinstall a program that gives that message to see if it will replace the missing msi.dll file.
