Classic Business (latest build) will not email invoices

I have the latest build of Quicken Classic Business (R52.28).

When I email an invoice (with and without a copy going to me), I get the "email sent successfully" message but nothing is sent.

  1. I tried the sign out / sign in tactic suggested in another post. Did not work.
  2. Tried with "send copy to self" checked and unchecked. No difference.
  3. Tried sending with and without attachment.

All email accounts involved in these tests were paid Google Workspace accounts.

So far, I have not been able to get Quicken to email anything (invoices, reports…)

Any suggestion would be most appreciated.
