Automatic decimal insertion does not work with Euro system setting (Q Mac)
I moved from the US to Germany and successfully updated my 2007 Quicken for Mac to Quicken Classic. In Europe, as you know, the decimal insertion is reversed. IOW, instead of 1,234.56, It's 1.234,56. I set my 2023 M2 Mac Mini, running Sonoma, Language and Region system setting to the European setting. But then in Quicken, the automatic decimal insertion setting did not function. When I set it back to the US decimal system setting, it did function. I have Euro accounts and Dollar accounts. I would very much like the automatic decimal insertion to function in both but in the appropriate way, i.e., 1,234.56 for the dollar accounts & 1.234,56 for the euro accounts. Or at least, when the system setting is for the European decimal system, the automatic decimal insertion function should work.
