Wells Fargo Transactions not downloading

I recently updated my Wells Fargo connection to Direct Connect . I have 6 Wells Fargo accounts and starting about a week or so ago, the transactions stopped downloading. To be clear:

  1. No error message,
  2. No transactions downloaded (but I know I have transactions),
  3. Says account balance = $0,
  4. Nothing bad has happened to the bank register in Quicken (so far)

HELP!!!

    Hello @PaulGLego,

    Did this issue begin to occur after a recent update? Is this issue occurring across all Wells Fargo accounts? What is your connection method with Wells Fargo? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List.
