Chase amazon not showing transactions

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I have a Chase Amazon card for Amazon purchases. I have been downloading transactions successfully till Oct 1, 23 but then although I get no errors on download, no transactions show after the download in my register. Are they hiding somewhere? What to do?
