Downloading Transactions from American Bank

We are Canadians who will be snowbirds next winter and have a couple of questions.

Two part question:

I have an account with BMO Harris (U.S.) and I'm unable to import their transactions so I'm having to manually enter them. I am using Quicken Deluxe Canada (R53.26). Wondering if anyone has found a work around.

2nd Part:

When we are down in the US will we be able to connect to BMO Canada and import our transactions?
