Wells Fargo download "Connectivity Problems"

For the last few weeks, a Connectivity Problems dialog box pops up whenever I download transitions from Wells Fargo. All the new transactions for all my several accounts are actually downloaded. I can just Cancel the dialog box and accept the transactions into the accounts as usual. If, instead of cancelling, I follow the prompts to the Reset Account page, it always indicates the problem is with the VISA account. If I click OK, it always says the connection has been restored successfully. But if I start another update immediately, the same thing happens. This isn't a serious problem so long as it does download transactions but I'm worried it may get worse.

    oops. I run Quicken for Windows on a Mac with Parallels. Posted this to the Mac discussion by mistake. My apologies if I wasted anyone's time. Can a moderator move this to the Windows discussion or do I need to post it again there? If so, can I delete it in this discussion?
