Emailing Quicken Invoices to Automated AP email accounts.

Many of my customers have gone to automated AP email addresses for receiving invoices. The Quicken Invoice email template causes Invoices to be rejected as they do not meet the following requirements:

  1. All invoices submitted should be in a PDF format
  2. Sending any other file type in the email (Word, vCard, Excel, JPEG, text files,
    signature logos in the body of the email, etc.) will result in the entire email being
    rejected and not received by our system

Presently Quicken Invoices have to be printed in .pdf format. Then utilize another email program to transmit. This is quite time consuming.

Quicken needs to fix this ASAP and send a revision to its Business Customers.

    @OVR-SITE, excellent suggestion. I suggest that you post the in the IDEAS forum or, in teh alternative, that a mod move it. That way it can be voted on.
