When linking HSA checking account at Dow Credit Union to Quicken it does not appear in the list.

When linking HSA checking account at Dow Credit Union to Quicken it does not appear in the list with my 20 other accounts. It shows and I was able to link the affiliated HSA (Savings) account but separate but associated checking account does not show on the list with the other accounts. Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

This was the Credit Union's response:

Upon review of your HSA account, we can see the checking account was just added 01/02/24. There are no known issues with Quicken. Since we do not partner with Quicken, we recommend contacting Quicken to confirm when they last synced your account information.
