Netspend prepaid debit card stopped updating transactions and balances

For over a week I haven't been able to update this grocery debit card with Quicken Classic. I'm prompted for a 2FA code and am given a choice of text or email delivery. I'm never sent a code by either method, and the Quicken prompt for the code closes immediately. I've tried resetting the account, and 2FA works properly to authenticate my login during setup, but still no updates either to account balance or transactions.
