Investment accounts fail to update transaction since most recent update

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Prior to a recent quicken update my investment accounts for Schwab and JP Morgan were updating correctly. However since the last update while prices update the new transactions and trades are not coming across. Running r54.9 Build 27.1.54.9 on Windows 10. Bank accounts and Credit cards are working properly.

Additional info as this happen about a week ago, attempted numerous times, tried to change download settings, but they seem to governed by a global setting that i can't find.
