Investment View does not show any information on one account

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I was entering trans action for an investment account and something happened and I did not see any detail. I tried to change the setting and that made it worse, see screen shot bad view. See good view for what it looked like before. How can I fix the bad view?

Go to the General tab of Account Details. Does it shows Simple - Positions Only is selected or does it show Complete - Positions and Transactions? If Simple is selected, change the selection to Complete and click on OK.
Can you see the account register now?

thanks, I tried that and it did not work. I closed and reopened quicken and it was back to the correct view. All good now.
