Zestimate isnt able to find my townhome

Hello,

Zestimate can't seem to find my home when I enter it. I tried going into Zillow through their website and its able to find my townhome. My townhome number is 102 so I am wondering if I should enter it as 102 or #102. i tried both and it doesn't seem to work.

I am using Quicken Classic and on the Windows subscription.
