Why can't I get bills from two Duke Energy accounts set up on separate billers?

(Others have noted this problem back in 2021-2022. No solution reported then….)
I have set up two online billers with identical login credentials but different account numbers. This worked fine from 5/2022 until 08/2023.
Since 8/2023, Quicken Premier only reports the bill requested for the Duke Energy account last selected by a browser or app login totheir website. It will never get the bill for the other account.
