Vanguard balance wildly off

I'm using Quicken Classic Premier (Mac) Version 7.5.2 (Build 705.51955.100)

I have it connected to my company 401K account at Vanguard. It is reporting my balance at over 12x what it actually is. This has happened repeatedly. If I delete the account (losing history) and re-add it, it will start correct and just grow incorrect without me doing anything to it.

I realize it's hard for them to work with every institution. Does Vanguard work for others here?
