VISA download failure

I can download my SDCCU checking account but not my VISA account

    Hello @jbartle1,

    Could you please list the full name of the bank that the Visa account is with? What is the connection method? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Are you receiving any error codes or messages? When did this issue begin to occur?
