Quicken Classic subscription cancellation

Dear Quicken Support,

After several years using Quicken for my personal finance management, I decided to cancel my Quicken Classic Delux subscription.

I live in Brazil and I used my US friend address to purchase the subscription several years ago.

Now I lost contact with the friend and Quicken is not designed to use Brazillian Banking system for automatic electronic transaction data downloads.

I tried to cancel my subscription in Quicken My Account but it is not working.

I tried support chat but is shows US phone number and I don't want to make international call

So I kindly ask your support to cancel my subscription.
