Possible Bug Bills & income

On Bills & Income/Bills, Select a Payee/Edit all Instances/Details.

Quicken has changed "Mark as Paid" to "I'll do it my self."

It should be on "Before Scheduled date" "number of days."

So instead of my Payee's being automatically entered lets say 21 days before into my main checking account, they are not entered at all. I almost missed a bill, because it was not automatically entered in my register. I've only noticed it after the last update. Does anyone else see this?
