    This is what the Marcus website FAQs say about credit card accounts. There is nothing similar for any other types of accounts, such as savings accounts.

    To download your card’s history:

    • 1. Log in at marcus.com
    • 2. Select your GM Rewards Card account so you can see the account details
    • 3. Scroll down to “History”
    • 4. Go to the “Search transactions” bar and choose the filter button to filter transactions as needed
    • 5. Select the “Download History” dropdown to select the required download format. For QuickBooks, select the QuickBooks® (.QBO) format, and for Quicken®, select Quicken Financial Exchange (.QFX) 
    • 6. Complete your download

    Note: Available at marcus.com. Not currently available in the Marcus app.

    Can confirm working for me again as well. Had to disconnect accounts, then re-link them. Happy to be working again! 😎

    Working now for me as well… as of Thursday, 2/8/24, 1:00 AM Central Time…

    I was able to re-add my Marcus credit card to quicken just now

    Just a few minutes ago at 1:35 PM EST on 2/8/2024, I was able to relink my Marcus Savings account to my Quicken Classic Deluxe for Windows and download & reconcile my recent transactions.

    Just a few days ago, I was told during a chat session with a Marcus customer service representative that Marcus no longer supported savings accounts linking and downloading to Quicken.

    So, Quicken support by Marcus for both its credit card and savings accounts seem to be working again,

    As of 02/21/2024 I still can't my GM rewards card to connect to Marcus. I did what was said here and it I thought is was working until today I tried to reconcile the account and a message pop up to call for support…So it not working as of yet for me. WOW this has been going on since the update from Quicken. It knock out a couple of other accounts as well. Sent in 10 help ticket and never receive one message back. Getting really mad that they didn't at least acknowledge they received the email.
