Program Hanging [Edited]
When I go to sync quicken on my windows laptop the program just continues to run and run. The only way to be able to stop it is to go into task manager on my computer and shut the quicken program down. The information is being transmitted, but program never shows sync as completed.

Hello @jpinphx,
To start with, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Once that is done, see if the issue continues to persist.
I hope this helps!

I did as you said and it is still happening.

The next troubleshooting step would be to restore a known-good backup of the data file.

If you're sure you restored a known-good file (one that had no OSU issues and not a backup of a corrupt file), create a new test data file and enter some accounts into OSU and see if the issue persists. If not, then you need to do troubleshooting on which account(s) is/are hanging. You would need to try to Reset the account(s). If that doesn't work, deactivate and reactivate the If,count(s).
If however, the new test data file also has issues, you might need to uninstall and reinstall Quicken.
