PNC Bank - Direct Connect - Reauthorize not working

When performing One Step Update today, i get the Reauthorize required message for PNC Bank - Direct Connection. Started the process, but it doesn't actually launch the browser to have me "authorize" on PNC/Intuit page ? It just comes back immediately with all my accounts listed with choice to Add, Link or Ignore. i cancel since i dont' want to duplicate all my accounts… when i click Link the pre-existing linkage is not appearing… so i have no choice but to cancel so i don't make a mess. ugh. why is it not spawning off the browser to initiate the reauthorization? how do i get back to being able to download my accounts if the reauthorize doesn't work?
